Industrial Road Resurfacing
This project documents a comprehensive industrial road repair and resurfacing scheme carried out within a live operational site. The images show the controlled removal of failed asphalt using specialist plant, allowing deteriorated sections to be fully broken out and prepared for reinstatement. Care was taken to manage site access and vehicle movements throughout, ensuring the works progressed safely without disrupting surrounding operations.
Following excavation and preparation, the surface was reprofiled and readied for resurfacing. New asphalt was machine-laid to restore correct levels and structural strength, with close attention paid to joints, edges, and tie-in points. The use of rollers and compacting equipment ensured a dense, even finish capable of withstanding regular heavy vehicle traffic common in industrial environments.
The completed works deliver a smooth, durable, and visually clean access road that improves safety, drainage, and long-term performance. These images reflect a well-coordinated resurfacing process from initial breakout through to final compaction, demonstrating a practical and reliable approach to industrial road reinstatement under demanding site conditions.
