Residential Infrastructure Surfacing Project
This project involved the construction and surfacing of new access roads within a residential housing development, delivering a high-quality tarmac finish suited to modern estate environments. From initial ground preparation and road base formation through to kerb installation, machine-laid asphalt, and final compaction, all works were carefully planned and executed to meet industry standards while ensuring durability, safe vehicle movement, and a neat, professional appearance.
Completed within an active construction site, the works required careful coordination with other trades and flexible sequencing to maintain site access and minimise disruption. Particular attention was given to curves, junctions, and drainage alignment to achieve smooth transitions and long-term performance. The finished roadway provides a strong, even surface capable of handling regular residential traffic with low maintenance requirements, demonstrating our ability to deliver reliable road surfacing solutions for housing developments, private estates, and commercial infrastructure.
