Project Overview
Our team was commissioned to resurface the outdoor covered area in Milton Keynes. The existing surface required renewal to create a safe, durable, and smooth environment suitable for heavy foot traffic and daily use. The project focused on delivering a high-quality tarmac surface that would withstand constant use, integrate neatly with existing brickwork, and provide a clean, low-maintenance finish.
Scope of Work
The works began with the removal and preparation of the old surface, ensuring the ground was stable and well-prepared for a new tarmac overlay. We then installed a robust base course before applying a fresh layer of high-quality tarmac, compacted to perfection to achieve a consistent and durable finish. Extra care was taken to work around the supporting posts of the canopy and to provide a seamless junction with existing block paving and access routes, ensuring both safety and aesthetic consistency.
